Membership
ZFHOA’s purpose is to manage, regulate, and improve our shared environment in line with our Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI) and rules, and within South Africa’s community-schemes framework. In practical terms, that means we:
Maintain and insure common property, roads, verges, parks and shared services
Promote safety (e.g., access control, patrols, camera infrastructure) and coordinate with SAPS/CPF and City entities.
Enforce fair conduct and architectural rules to protect property values and neighbourhood character.
Manage member contributions to fund operations and projects.
Liaise with the City of Johannesburg on infrastructure, town-planning and service issues.
Keep proper records, hold AGMs, publish decisions, and register and file returns with CSOS as required.
Provide accessible dispute-resolution channels, including referrals to the CSOS where appropriate
